Each Assessor is trained to work collaboratively with customers to help them identify opportunities to conserve energy, recognize health and safety hazards, upgrade their home to increase comfort throughout the year and save money each and every month on their utility bills. Assessors work primarily with home owners to offer and sell weatherization solutions provided by Energy Pioneer’s trained and certified technicians.

Duties:
SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Perform thorough and accurate assessments on homes to identify health and safety concerns and opportunities for customers to conserve energy and increase comfort throughout the year.

2. Work collaboratively with homeowners to educate them during the assessment and effectively move them through the sales process.

3. Provide precise detailed reports and proposals thoroughly documenting the home assessment along with all recommendations to ensure the homeowner and the crews have a common understanding of work to be performed.

4. Comprehensive understanding of Energy Pioneer’s relationship with local utility companies and the ability to accurately explain that relationship to homeowners.

5. Utilize a customer-focused approach to sales to offer weatherization solutions to homeowners.

6. Proactively work to increase energy conservation knowledge base to strengthen understanding of Energy Pioneer’s mission, goals and benefit to customers.

7. Ensure effective and timely communication across all departments to maintain workflow and support processes in place.

8. Ensure customer reports, proposals, contracts, and work-orders are accurate and up-to-date in Trampoline (Energy Pioneer’s CRM).

9. Accurately estimate costs to perform and complete work including, but not limited to time, materials, and labor.

10. Work diligently to grow book of business and generate leads through referrals, networking, and establishing relationships with non-competitive vendors and residential contractors who offer services that compliment and/or enhance weatherization provided by Energy Pioneer.

11. Schedule projects and effectively work with the Energy Pioneer crews to ensure they have a thorough understanding of work to be performed.

12. Deliver excellent customer service to meet or exceed expectations throughout the entire sales process from assessment to the completion of each job.

13. Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned. This position will provide a company vehicle and requires about 50% travel.

Qualifications:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

A. Education College degree or equivalent work experience required

B. Experience

1. Sales experience is desired.

2. Dedicated team player who can also thrive in an independent working environment.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4. Strong understanding of residential construction, energy efficiency measures and blower door diagnostics.

5. BPI (Building Performance Institute) certification, OSHA Training and/or Lead-Safe Training is desired.

Duties:
This is an entry-level position that provides direct support to the Project Manager and Project Estimator. Working under direct supervision, the Project Coordinator aids in the acquisition and execution phase(s) of project delivery. A Degree in Construction Management is preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other support duties may be assigned.

• Scheduling

1) Create and monitor schedules for all project activities through the Project Manager or Superintendent, Foreman level personnel.

2) Monitor and make appropriate changes / record their impact on the job and report all to PM.

3) Keep client up to date as required.

4) Assign resources and track hours available.

5) These schedules will be developed by using the job, dept., area, phase, cost code, sub-contractor, project milestones and other trades.

• Client

1) Attend client (construction) meetings. Report progress, take minuets, and maintain files.

2) Make sure the client is being kept informed and report any client issues to PM or other appropriate management personnel.

3) Making the PM aware, helping to him to understand the current conditions, as well as the impact of certain client behaviors/decisions or industry trends may have on the job.

4) Take a step back and overview what is happening when the rush is on.

• Billing

1) Record changes, EWO, track progress and assist in billing cycle.

2) Assist in client % completes. Assist with the monitoring and assigning.

3) Assist in month-end meeting preparation and participate in month-end meetings.

• Preplanning

1) Assist with takeoff of drawings for purchasing, and keep track of large dollar items.

2) Attend estimating proposals and evaluate their accuracy.

3) Project layout activities.

4) Assist purchasing with the construction and development of Prefab work and location of fabricators.

5) Look for possible cost saving items, including Pre Fabrication work, sub contracts, eliminating waste & redundancy, etc.

6) Performs or assists in job material buy out. Verify material counts and breakdowns.

7) Prepare, submit, and track material shop drawings, and work with purchasing after shop drawings have been processed.

*Tracking / Monitoring / Analyzing 1) Assist with / monitor Database entry work (being in-putted) for accuracy.

Qualifications:
Degree in Construction Management or 2 – 3 years of experience.

Duties:
The duties of the Project Coordinator include scheduling, material delivery, production reporting, customer relations, safety observation and quality control. The Project Coordinator is responsible to observe and report the progress and quality of the construction projects assigned to them. The Project Coordinator reports to the VP of Construction on a daily basis. Site visits and extensive travel are required. The Project Coordinator will be assigned specific crews and/or areas to monitor and report on.

Qualifications:
The desired qualifications for this position include a construction management degree or an equivalent amount of practical experience. Must be able to travel extensively and possess a good driving record. Proficiency with MS Project is very helpful. Most beneficial quality is ability to communicate and liaison between field crews and corporate management.

Duties:
The Assistant Superintendent will assist the lead Superintendent by managing homes under construction from carpet installation through closing of the home. This includes supervising the schedule with contractors and performing quality checks on materials installed and workmanship. In addition, at the completion of each home, a walkthrough is done several days before closing which is attended by the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and the homeowners. Items that need to be addressed will be the responsibility of the Assistant Superintendent to line up the appropriate contractors to complete the items before the homeowner closes on the home. This position will require 45+ hours a week. We offer a competitive base salary with profit sharing. A company truck and cell phone are also provided.

Qualifications:
Construction Management degree is required with previous field experience preferred, (Framing, Concrete work). This position will require superior communication skills as you will be supervising many different contractors and interacting with homeowners before they close on their new home.
